NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – MTV turns 20 years old August 1, and in honor of the anniversary, the network is putting out a book, MTV: Uncensored (Pocket Books), which recounts some of the strangest moments in MTV history. One of the more unusual anecdotes recalls the time Star Trek legend William Shatner recorded some tunes by Guns & Roses and Bryan Adams for a comedy bit on the 1992 MTV Movie Awards.
