CELEBRITY ‘SURVIVORS’ MAY WANT TO THINK TWICE

BETHESDA, Md. (Wireless Flash) – Have you heard the rumors that Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson are interested in being on a celebrity Survivor series? Well, they may want to think twice based on the recent experiences of two U.K. celebrities. British comic Billy Connelly and Absolutely Fabulous star Joanna Lumley were recently stranded in remote locations for 10 days for the BBC America series, Celebrity Castaway. Connelly visited the Arctic Circle and Lumley went to Madagascar but each went mad in their own way. Lumley’s feet hurt so bad from the jagged rocks that she was forced to create makeshift “cave slippers” out of her padded bra and Connelly claims going to the bathroom in sub-zero weather has made him, “...very fond of running about bare-arsed.” Celebrity Castaway debuts July 8 on the BBC America cable channel.
