HARVARD HOTEL CREATES ‘LOVE STORY’ PACKAGE

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (Wireless Flash) – Love means never having to say you’re sorry but it might mean having to watch the 1971 movie Love Story again. The Charles Hotel in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is where the Ryan O’Neal-Ali McGraw weepy flick was filmed, has just created a “Love Story” tourist package. Besides getting to see sights in the movie, folks who spring for the $315 package will get a video of Love Story and the chance to win a clock actually used in the film. A spokesperson for the hotel says interest in the package is high, especially because Al Gore – who attended Harvard with Love Story author Erich Segal – was supposedly the inspiration for Ryan O’Neal’s character.
