12-STEP PROGRAM HELPS BAND FIND NEW BEAT

ATLANTA, Ga. (Wireless Flash) – Musicians looking for new beats may want to try going into a 12-step program. It’s worked for an Atlanta-based modern rock duo called Rehab, who met each other in a drug rehab clinic a few years back. Although both members are now drug-free, singer Danny Boone and producer Jason Brooks admit their druggie past has been good for inspiring song ideas. Unfortunately, avoiding drugs doesn’t mean Rehab can avoid drug users because Brooks says many of the group’s biggest fans love getting wasted. Rehab’s debut single, “It Don’t Matter,” is currently rising the charts.
