‘IRON CHEF’ CHEF CATFIGHT STILL SIMMERING?

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Is a catfight brewing on the Iron Chef TV show? Not according to chef Morimoto Masaharu, the Japanese food expert on the cult TV show. Masaharu battled New York chef Bobby Flay last year and was angered when Flay – who lost – stood on his cutting board at the end of the competition and started hooting and hollering. Although the 46-year-old chef reportedly has feelings for Flay that are rawer than his sushi, Masaharu insists he holds no grudge from the last match. However, he admits that even though he respects cultural differences, he still thinks it’s rude to put your feet on a cutting board. A rematch between Flay and Masaharu will take place June 3 on the Food Network.
