GLOBAL ELECTRICAL BOYCOTT SET FOR JUNE
GLOBAL ELECTRICAL BOYCOTT SET FOR JUNE
LONDON (Wireless Flash) A British man is organizing a worldwide boycott of electricity on the first day of summer. Rave organizer Fraser Clark is so peeved over George W. Bushs energy policy that hes asking everyone on the planet to turn off their electricity on June 21 in protest. He wants all electrical items unplugged or switched off between the hours of 7 to 10 p.m. and all gas-powered devices shut down as well. Clark claims Bushs energy policy doesnt emphasize conservation and alternative fuels, and he figures the worldwide blackout will light a fire under the president and force him to emphasize energy conservation.
