DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE REALLY LEGAL?
DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE REALLY LEGAL?
LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) If you get a ticket for driving without a license, you may be able to fight it in court as long as you dont use your car for earning money. Jordan Maxwell, an expert on something called consensus reality, says most people dont realize a drivers license is really a license to do business in a car. He claims if you use your car for private purposes, you are referred to as an operator, and are not required by a law to have a drivers license. However, dont rip up your license just yet. A spokesman at the California Department of Motor Vehicles claims vehicle codes in most states require a license in order to drive a car period. Maxwell will lecture on consensus reality at the 2001 Conspiracy Con in Santa Clara, California on May 26-27.
