MAFIA COOKBOOK AUTHOR MOBBED WITH THREATS

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (Wireless Flash) – It looks like the mafia is more concerned with keeping its recipes secret than its business dealings. That’s what author Robert Yates found out while researching an upcoming mafia cookbook titled Recipes To Die For. Yates went to various restaurants supposedly frequented by the Mob and asked the chefs for their favorite recipes figuring they would be flattered. Instead, he claims he was mobbed with threats including one guy who threatened to take him to “the sausage factory” if any of his family recipes were printed. Despite that, Yates is confident his book will be a hit with hit men, thanks to mafia menu items like “Bloody Bruzholi,” a lasagna-like dish with meat, cheese and red sauce and a sausage-pepper sandwich called “the Hit Man.”
