MAN FILES $1.5 MILLION CLAIM OVER CAT FIGHT

ESCONDIDO, Calif. (Wireless Flash) – A California man is suing a public library for $1.5 million after his dog was clawed by a cat kept by the city’s library. Richard Espinosa has filed a claim against the city of Escondido after his dog, Kimba, was clawed by a cat that lives at the library. Espinosa says he suffers from mental disorders and Kimba warns him of oncoming panic attacks. However, when he and Kimba entered the library last November, the library’s cat clawed the canine and Espinosa suffered a severe panic attack. Espinosa has asked city officials to post a warning sign about the cat, but they doggedly refuse. The Escondido Library was unable for comment on the lawsuit.
