‘I WISH I LIKED BUTTER’ – AND OTHER WEIRD REGRETS

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore. (Wireless Flash) – Most of us have at least one major regret in life – but should you feel bad about not liking butter? A 37-year-old copywriter who calls herself “Dawn,” thinks so. In her new book, Damn! Reflections On Life’s Biggest Regrets (Andrew-McMeel), Dawn claims her biggest regret is not liking the taste of butter because others consider her a fussy eater. Then there’s Andy, a 30-year-old finance analyst, who says he wishes he hadn’t bought Paul Simon’s Graceland album because it made him hate South African music. 21-year-old Larissa regrets giving up a chance to sleep with a rock star simply because she didn’t want to cheat on her boyfriend. And 14-year-old Andrew wishes he had spent less time studying and more time learning “street slang.”
