COW CHIP THROWING CONTEST

COW CHIP THROWING CONTEST

BEAVER, Okla. (Wireless Flash) – This is no bull – the town of Beaver, Oklahoma, will be hosting the World Cow Chip Throwing Championship tomorrow. The contests involves flinging clumps of dried cow poop to see who can toss the manure the farthest. About 50 fecal flingers will throw two chips measuring about six inches in diameter and the preferred method is to toss the dung discus-style. The world record for poop shooting is 182 feet, 3 inches, and was set in 1979 by a man named Leland Sercy. And that’s the straight poop.
