AVERAGE BRIDE SPENDS 8 HOURS A WEEK PLANNING WEDDING

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – Today’s brides-to-be are spending plenty of time being harried about getting married. According to a new survey by Bride’s magazine, 48 percent of engaged women find wedding planning so overwhelming they’d like to take a leave of absence from school or work. The survey also finds the average bride spends eight hours a week planning her wedding and 17 percent of engaged ladies would rather lose their wallet than their wedding planner. Other matrimonial tidbits... 37 percent of brides plan to have some “work” done on their bodies before the wedding. 16 percent secretly wish their fiances would butt out of the planning. And 2 percent say planning the wedding has made them question their engagement.
