CASANOVAS CAUGHT IN A LIE FOR VALENTINE'S DAY

GALT, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- When you tell your sweetheart you love him or her this Valentine's Day you better mean it, because one man could make a liar out of you. Entrepreneur Rick Garloff is turning up the heat on lying lovers with a hand-held lie detecting device that monitors the level of nervousness in a person's voice. When it detects a fib, it blurts out "Liar! Liar!" or "Gotcha!" So far, the device is only accurate about 75 percent of the time -- which isn't enough to allow it to be used in court but effective enough to bust a two-timing lover. The device even attaches to a telephone so you can bust long distance liars. Admittedly, it's not the most romantic gift but Garloff figures folks will love the $25 price -- a special for Valentine's Day.
