NUCLEAR PHYSICIST CALLS `MILLIONAIRE' UNFAIR

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- A nuclear physicist is dropping a bomb on "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: He's accusing the show of using an unfair selection process. Dr. Franklin Ruehl claims he's passed the quiz show's qualifying telephone test 16 times in a row but he's never been invited to appear on the show. He says the reason it chaps his hide is because all would-be contestants are required to keep their phone lines open three hours the next day in case a producer from the show calls. Ruehl believes the selection process is biased towards certain names, area codes or geographical locations. Adding fuel to his ire, at least 10 other contestants have been invited on the show twice. A spokeswoman for Millionaire's production company had no comment about Ruehl's accusations -- and, yes, that was her final answer.
