JANUARY 28 DECLARED `INTERNET FREE DAY'

LONDON (Wireless Flash) -- A holiday encouraging net heads to take a day off from the internet has just been declared -- but ironically the internet free holiday was created by a web-based organization. DoBe.org has declared Sunday, January 28 to be "International Internet Free Day," a day for web surfers to turn off the internet and participate in real world activities. Spokesman Nicholas Albery says the effort is to force net addicts to be more social and less isolated.
