`HANGING CHAD' NOW A JUMP ROPE TRICK

CHICAGO (Wireless Flash) -- Thought you heard the last of those "hanging chads"? Guess again. A professional jump roper who goes by the name "The Rope Warrior" plans to perform a new stunt called "The Hanging Chad" during President Bush's Inauguration Day activities. 37-year-old David Fisher says the Florida election mess inspired his new jump rope trick -- which involves hanging a loop of the rope around one arm and then jumping through it. The Rope Warrior's inaugural performance will also include the can-can, the Electric Slide and the moonwalk while jumping rope -- but his "piece de resistance" is a move called "The Tush- Up," where he jumps rope while sitting on his rump.
