AIRLINE COOKS GO HEAD TO HEAD IN `IRON CHEF' CONTEST

ORLANDO, Fla. (Wireless Flash) -- It may sound like a stomach-churning concept, but airline food chefs are about to compete in an "Iron Chef"-style cook-off. Next Monday in Orlando, Florida, chefs from several international airlines will gather for the first-ever "Onboard Services" magazine "Iron Chef Competition." Each cook will be given a "mystery box" with ingredients for a four-course gourmet meal with just 55 minutes to prepare it. Judges will then taste each meal and rate the dishes on presentation, taste and creativity. It may sound "plane crazy" but once all the tasting is done, judges will choose one of the high-flying cooks as the "Iron Chef."
