WILL FIRE SOUND CD BURN UP RECORD CHARTS?

CAMBRIDGE, Wis. (Wireless Flash) -- Playing with fire could pay off big for a woman in Cambridge, Wisconsin, -- she's just recorded a CD featuring 72 minutes of sounds from a crackling wood fire. 35-year-old Jen Wallman says she created the fiery recording for folks who own gas fireplaces which don't make any sound except an annoying "hum." In order to fire things up, she and husband started a wood fire and recorded the sounds of burning newspapers, falling logs and fire pops. So far, the CD isn't exactly burning up the record charts -- only about 700 have been sold -- but Wallman hopes sales will heat up this winter.
