GHOSTS FROM THE FUTURE

GHOSTS FROM THE FUTURE

PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. (Wireless Flash) -- If you see a spook this Halloween, there's a ghost of a chance it's really a time traveler. That's according to paranormal researcher Patrick Huyghe (Hweege), who says a tiny percentage of ghosts are actually time travelers who enter our era through a "time slip." He says one recorded case from 1991 involved a woman in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, who was mysteriously transported back to the Civil War. In another case, a pilot was transported into the future and saw airfields stocked with technologically-advanced planes that have yet to be built. The researcher speculates time may not be a straight line but is, instead, like a recording that keeps repeating itself. Huyghe is the author of "The Field Guide To Ghosts And Other Apparitions" (HarperCollins Quill).
