FISHING FANS ADVISED TO AVOID JUNE MARRIAGES

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- If you're hooked on fishing but are getting lured into marriage, here's a tip: Don't get married in June. Fishing journalist Lenny Rudow says June weddings are a real drag for fishing nuts because summer is usually the peak season for angling. Rudow -- who has been married 8 years -- also suggests fishermen maximize their fishing time by only having sex in February and March, or at least use birth control. That way, if conception occurs, the baby will be born in November or December -- four months before prime fishing time minimizing the need for diaper changes when you'd rather be baiting worms. Rudow's tips appear in the upcoming issue of "Boating."
