FESTIVAL FOR THOSE WHO GO GA-GA OVER KIMCHI BREATH

KWANGJU, Korea (Wireless Flash) -- This may send you chomping at the bit: kimchi breath is all the rage to Koreans. For those not in the know, kimchi is a Korean delicacy made by burying cabbage in the ground and letting it ferment. Although non-kimchi eaters describe it as smelling like a sewer pipe, the stuff has so many fans that a five-day kimchi festival is kicking off today (Oct. 18) in Korea. A spokesperson says Koreans are so gaga over kimchi, they don't mind the bad breath that goes along with it, and eat the spicy vegetable at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
