DAVID HASSELHOFF LOONEY TOWARDS CLOONEY

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- David Hasselhoff may be carrying a surfboard-sized chip on his shoulder towards George Clooney. Hasselhoff gripes to the upcoming "Men's Journal" that he doesn't get enough credit as an actor and should have been cast in "The Perfect Storm," which starred Clooney. Although he won't go as far as to say he's a better actor than Clooney, Hasselhoff claims making "Baywatch" is "immensely harder" than any "ER" script. His latest project is the Broadway music, "Jekyll & Hyde," which will open next week. Although he admits some folks are eager to see him fail, Hasselhoff claims he'll be great because -- as he puts it -- "I don't just throw s--t out there to make money."
