L.A. LOUNGE MUSICIAN HONORS ALT-ROCK WITH `FROMAGE HOMAGE'

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- Limp Bizkit and other alt- rock acts are getting a "fromage homage" from an L.A. lounge singer who calls himself "Richard Cheese." The thirtysomething musician is about to release a CD called "Lounge Against The Machine" featuring lounge renditions of Limp Bizkit's "Nookie," Prodigy's "Smack My Bitch Up," and "Rape Me" by Nirvana. Cheese admits he has no clue what Fred Durst or other alt-rockers think of his lounge lizard renditions but he figures the fact he's had no lawsuits so far is a good sign. "Lounge Against The Machine" hits stores October 17 and the first single is a cover of the Papa Roach hit, "Last Resort."
