PARTY ANIMALS IN THE WHITE HOUSE

PARTY ANIMALS IN THE WHITE HOUSE

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Wireless Flash) -- The White House may not be as wild as a frat house -- but that isn't for a lack of trying. According to the author of a new book, "America's First Families" (Touchstone), many presidential kids have been more interested in wild parties than political parties. Researcher Carl Anthony says Theodore Roosevelt's daughter, Alice, smoked stogies, jumped into pools fully dressed and bet on the ponies. Roosevelt told folks that he could either be president or control his daughter but he "couldn't do both." Other wild presidential kiddies include Andrew Johnson's son, who allegedly snuck a hooker into the White House, and even George W. Bush, who would embarrass his parents by asking their friends outrageous questions like, "Are you gettin' any?"
