GOOD GRIEF: `PEANUTS' TURNS 50

ROTUNDA, Minnesota (Wireless Flash) -- Good Grief!: Charlie Brown and his pals are turning 50 on October 2, and to celebrate they're getting their own U.S. postage stamp. The stamp unveiling will take place at the Mall of America tomorrow (Sept. 30.) Other "Peanuts" facts... -- After Charles Schulz died earlier this year, enrollment surged at his alma mater, Art Instruction Schools in St. Paul, Minnesota. -- Schulz once said the name "Peanuts" was inspired by Howdy Doody's "Peanut Gallery," but he also admitted he never really liked the name "Peanuts." -- And Florida-based mental health expert Dr. Leland Heller thinks Charlie Brown should start popping Prozac because his low self-confidence and low energy are signs of depression.
