JORDACHE JEANS MAKING A COMEBACK

JORDACHE JEANS MAKING A COMEBACK

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Remember Jordache jeans, those tight-as-a-glove bun huggers popular in the late 1970s and early 80s? They're baaaack. Although the jeans went out of production in the mid- 1980s, the rage for all things retro has convinced Jordache to revive the line later this fall. The new Jordache Originals will be just as fanny-forming as the original line, but made out of stretch fabric. The $48-a-pair jeans will also feature decorative touches like rhinestones and gold stitching along the sides. A spokesman says the company will also resurrect its famous "Jordache Look" jingle for TV commercials.
