PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE: `I'M NOT RUNNING TO MEET WOMEN'

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- The name Richard Scott probably doesn't mean much to you -- but he hopes to become the next president of the United States. Scott, a 36-year-old consultant from Thousand Oaks, California, says he wants to abolish Congress as well as the Senate and have average citizens vote on all new laws. Since he's single right now, Scott plans on recruiting his 39-year-old sister to become First Lady. And although Bill Clinton proved being leader of the free world can make anyone a babe magnet, Scott promises he won't have any problems keeping his pants on because, as he puts it, "I'm not running to meet women."
