WORLD'S LARGEST SOUFFLE TO GET WHIPPED UP ON FRIDAY

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- The phrase, "What goes up must come down," hopefully won't apply to the world's largest souffle. This Friday (Jul. 21), Los Angeles chef Rick Royal plans on whipping up a record-breaking souffle at the Best of L.A. Festival. When completed, the super-sized souffle should be about 200 feet long and will include 60 pounds of butter, 30 gallons of milk, 3000 eggs, 100 pounds of cheese, 300 pounds of potatoes, 50 pounds of onions and 100 pounds of mushrooms. Although all souffles are at risk of falling, Royal plans to prevent any souffle snafus by not putting in any eggs until the last minute.
