ALL FLUFF: WORLD PILLOW FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP

KENWOOD, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- Pillow fighting is moving out of the bedroom and into the mud pit. On July 4th, the citizens of Kenwood, California, will play host to the World Pillow Fighting Championships. Contestants must straddle a slippery log placed over a mud pit and whack each other with regulation-size feather pillows until one person falls. World Pillow Fight organizer Lesley French says most losers fall head first, which means there's plenty of mud to hose off afterward. According to French: "You're pulling mud out of every orifice for weeks after." Although it's a dirty job, the winner will receive a $300 cash prize and a plaque proclaiming his or her status as "World Pillow Fighting Champ."
