CHUPACABRAS HEADING TO HOLLYWOOD

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (Wireless Flash) -- Holy chupacabra! Those blood-sucking Latin American monsters may be heading to Hollywood. Filmmaker Joseph Contreras is about to begin shooting "Chupacabras," a low-budget horror flick where the creatures are more interested in sucking the blood of camping college students than their usual diet of livestock. Since eyewitnesses have no clear picture of what a chupacabra looks like, Contreras says he will design his own version of the monster, which will sport a tube-like appendage for sucking blood and glowing red eyes. Realism could be a problem since the film's total budget is $45,000. Contreras hopes the recent increase in chupacabra sightings will boost interest in his film which should be completed by August.
