INVENTOR CREATES `DOG TOILET' FOR PUBLIC PARKS

RAYMOND, Maine (Wireless Flash) -- Joggers in public parks will be able to breathe a little easier thanks to a Maine man who has invented an outdoor "Dog Toilet." The 6-foot-tall steel structure functions as a depository for doggie doo and includes a special baggie dispenser to make poop pick-up more sanitary. German-born inventor Henry Carlton claims his Dog Toilet is desperately needed because American dogs leave behind nearly 4 billion pounds of poo in public places each year.
