AVOID POST-OSCAR DEPRESSION: EAT CHOCOLATE

OKEECHOBEE, Fla. (Wireless Flash) -- The aftermath of Sunday's Oscar ceremony could make you depressed. It's called "Post-Oscar Depression," and according to Florida- based mental health expert Dr. Leland Heller, it's caused by getting too excited over events like the Oscars or the Super Bowl. Symptoms include a "down in the dumps" feeling after the event is over -- but the remedy may be as simple as a candy bar. Dr. Heller says chocolate is a proven mood enhancer and eating some during the Academy Awards may minimize a post-Oscar mood crash on Monday morning.
