TAN LINES HELP FAKE A TIGHT TUMMY

KENT, England (Wireless Flash) -- Want to look like you've got a washboard stomach but can't stomach all the exercise? Just tan your hide. That's the idea behind a new invention called the "Solarscreen," which places a pattern on your chest and stomach that makes it look like you've worked out for years. The device consists of a transparent piece of polystyrene that fits over your tummy while you tan. As you're exposed to the sun's rays, lines appear which mimic rippling abs and pecs. Inventor Glen Raymond Harden says he came up with the idea after he watched a man wearing a vest fall asleep while tanning, only to wake up with strange markings on his chest. The "Solarscreen" will make its debut in May at the Invention/New Products Expo in Pittsburgh.
