WU-TANG CLAN MEMBER GETS ANOTHER NAME-CHANGE

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- It looks like Wu-Tang Clan rapper Ole Dirty Bastard is getting an image makeover. The group is about to release a line of children's action figures based on all nine members -- but don't expect one to be named after ODB. A Wu-Tang spokeswoman says the Ole Dirty Bastard action figure will be marketed under his nickname, "Osiris," which is his name in the group's comic book series, "Nine Rings Of Wu- Tang." The comic book version of ODB is also better behaved than the real-life ODB who interrupted Shawn Colvin's 1998 Grammy acceptance speech to rant about Puff Daddy. Spokeswoman Tracie Isaac claims Osiris is a moral, upstanding hero who would never interrupt another entertainer's Grammy speech.
