9 YEAR OLD SWITCHES PLACES WITH NETWORK EXEC

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- You've heard of "Queen For A Day" -- how about "TV Network Executive For A Day." A 9-year-old Florida girl has switched places with the general manager of the Noggin network, which shows kid-related programs like "Blue's Clues" and "The Electric Company." In her stint as executive-for-a-day, fourth-grader Samantha Levine got to choose the programming lineup that will air tomorrow (Feb. 2), the network's first anniversary. Meanwhile, Noggin general manager Tom Ascheim was required to attend Samantha's fourth grade classes, take a spelling test and eat the "mystery meat" in the school cafeteria.
