TEEN MUSICIAN MOBBED BY MAFIA RUMORS

ORLANDO, Fla. (Wireless Flash) -- A up-and-coming teen rock band named "Gotti XIII" is being mobbed by rumors of a mafia connection. The group's name comes from the 19-year-old bandleader, Chris Gotti -- who just happens to share his last name with the infamous mafia kingpin, John Gotti. Although both Gottis are Italian Americans from New York City, Chris says there's no relation "...unless my parents are lying." He admits the rumors about having a mobster relative bugged him at first but he's okay with it now and admits it's helped Gotti XIII attract interest. The band is managed by Donna Wright, who helped discover the Backstreet Boys, and should have its debut album out by summer.
