HOSIERY MANUFACTURER PUTS MEN IN TIGHTS

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- An Austrian hosiery manufacturer is turning men into "tight wads" thanks to a new clothing item called the "Waistsock." The Waistsock is like a pair of tights worn by dancers -- only it's been beefed-up with a specially-constructed crotch area and a waistband that locks it all in place. A spokeswoman for the Wolford Company says the tights are aimed at men living in cold climates who are embarrassed about keeping warm by slipping into their wives' or girlfriends' tights.
