BRAZILIAN VERSION OF ROSWELL STILL IN THE NEWS

VARGINHA, Brazil (Wireless Flash) -- Tomorrow marks the fourth anniversary of the "Varginha Incident," a UFO-alien sighting that's a Brazilian version of America's Roswell case. On January 20, 1996, farmers in the town of Varginha reported seeing four alien entities exit a submarine-shaped UFO. The creatures -- described as hideous looking -- were also sighted by dozens of other residents. Brazilian ufologist Vitorio Pacaccini says the aliens appeared to be about 4 feet tall, with large red eyes and three strange bumps on their heads. They also emitted a buzzing sound. A team of soldiers reportedly captured two of the aliens and hauled them to a hospital for tests -- but Brazilian officials deny any aliens were captured. They claim people were confusing a pregnant midget at the hospital with an alien being. Pacaccini calls the explanation ridiculous and says the Varginha Incident still remains a mystery.
