HILLARY BEATS BILL WHEN IT COMES TO GIVING SPEECHES

COLLEGE STATION, Tex. (Wireless Flash) -- Here's some news that could leave Bill Clinton speechless: speech experts say his wife, Hillary, is much better at giving speeches. Mrs. Clinton's 1995 speech to the U.N. World Conference on Women ranks No. 35 on a list of the top 100 speeches of the century released by Texas A&M and the University of Wisconsin- Madison. President Clinton doesn't appear on the list until No. 92, with his 1995 speech about the Oklahoma City bombing. Other speeches on the list include Anita Hill's sexual harassment testimony (No. 71), Ted Kennedy's 1969 statement about his Chappaquiddick car accident (No. 62), and Lou Gehrig's 1939 farewell to baseball speech. The No. 1 speech of the century? Martin Luther King Jr.'s 1963 "I Have A Dream" speech.
