AVOID JET LAG WITH ACCUPRESSURE?

HOUSTON (Wireless Flash) -- A Houston chiropractor claims he's discovered a way to prevent jet lag using accupressure. Dr. Paul MacKenzie's treatment involves a device called the "Jet Lag Eliminator" which instructs the jet passenger to massage certain parts of the body at specific times during the flight. Depending on the length of the flight, the gadget reminds you to massage either your hands, head, knees, wrists, ears or feet. Although the idea of preventing jet lag by rubbing yourself sounds a little "touched," MacKenzie claims accupressure used every two hours will somehow set your body's eternal clock to the time zone of your destination. But what about taking off your stinking shoes while you're aboard a cramped flight? Don't worry. MacKenzie says shining a key chain laser pointer on the soles of your shoes works almost as well as rubbing them.
