WIRELESS FLASH NEWS BRIEFS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- The California Gold Rush is happening all over again -- only this time it's moved to New York. Next month, the Sotheby's auction house in New York will be selling off Gold Rush-era gold bars, dust and nuggets recently retrieved from a San Francisco-based ship that sunk in 1857. The booty includes one gold bar that's estimated to be worth at least $250,000. -- LONDON -- Darth Maul won't be in a galaxy far, far away for much longer. Ray Park -- who played Maul in the "Phantom Menace" -- will also play the Headless Horseman in Tim Burton's flick "Sleepy Hollow." However, Park only dons the headless get-up for the film's fight scenes -- Christopher Walken portrays the beheaded ghost in other scenes. -- LOS ANGELES -- Metallica fans will be singing the praises of the internet this Friday (Nov. 19). The band is letting netheads sample the entire contents of its new album, "S&M," 10 days before its official CD release. The preview will be at Entertaindom.com
