`VIRTUAL CANDIDATE' SPEWS SPEECHES FROM BUSH, GORE

HAMBURG, Germany (Wireless Flash) -- Can't decide whether you want to vote for Gore or Bush? Well, a new website can help you create a "virtual candidate" who's a little of both. The so-called "Phrasemonger.com" site allows you to create speeches for your own virtual candidate using snips and pieces from actual speeches given by all of the current candidates. For example, you can ask the computer to make a speech using 10 percent of Gore's philosophy, 10 percent of Pat Buchanan's dogma and 80 percent from Bill Bradley. You can also alter the mental condition of your virtual candidate from being just merely boring to drunk or confused. Unfortunately, the speeches are in text-form only so you can't actually hear Bush or Gore sounding three sheets to the wind.
