FORMER `SEINFELD' STAR ENJOYED HER UNTIMELY DEATH

LOS ANGELES (Wireless Flash) -- Although some folks cried foul over the envelope-licking induced death of George Costanza's fiance on "Seinfeld," the actress who played her doesn't think it was in bad taste. In fact, actress Heidi Swedberg says she found her untimely death "really funny" and was thrilled to leave the series in a sensational, over-the-top way. Swedberg actually spent about 30 minutes licking envelopes to film her infamous death scene -- and in case you're wondering, she describes the taste of the glue as a "lovely" mint flavor that wasn't offensive at all. The actress is switching from envelope-licking to baby- bearing in her latest effort, a TV movie entitled "Evolution's Child," which airs tonight (Oct. 22) on the USA Network. It features Swedberg as a woman who's artificially inseminated with semen extracted from a preserved 3000-year-old man.
