MAGAZINE OFFERS $10,000 FOR JIMMY HOFFA'S BODY

VALLEY STREAM, N.Y. (Wireless Flash) -- A $10,000 bounty has been placed on the head -- or what's left of the head -- of former Teamster president Jimmy Hoffa. Hoffa mysteriously disappeared in 1975, but now "Boating" magazine is offering a $10,000 reward to the first person who finds Hoffa's body. Although there are rumors that Hoffa's carcass was dumped in the Everglades or buried beneath the goal posts at Giants Stadium, the magazine's editors believe the most likely locations are along Michigan's Ausable River. In fact, last year, jailed killer Ricky Powell claimed he dumped Hoffa in the Ausable River in July of 1975. If someone does find Hoffa's hide, "Boating" says law enforcement officials will need to verify it before the magazine will hand over the reward.
