The band will celebrate the honor by performing live at an Atlanta record store. -- ST LOUIS -- President Clinton's past is coming back to haunt him again in the form of a long lost love note he wrote when he was 15. The letter, which was written to an 11-year-old Arkansas girl reads: "Dear Debbie, You will always be my best girl. Billy Clinton." The teenage mash note will be auctioned off October 30 in Los Vegas and has an estimated worth of $10,000. -- LOS ANGELES -- Couch potatoes rejoice: Seinfeld cast member Michael Richards is returning to the small screen. Richards -- who played Kramer -- is set to play "an eccentric private investigator" in an upcoming NBC comedy set to debut either in the mid-season or next fall.
