ATTORNEY ADDRESSES CONCERNS OF PASSING GAS

SCARBOROUGH, Ont. (Wireless Flash) -- If you always thought lawyers were full of hot air, you're right -- but they're also full of gas. That's according to a Canadian attorney who has written a new book all about passing gas at the judicial level entitled "The Other `F'-word" (Prism Publishing). Attorney Barry Seltzer sniffed out all sorts of legal cases involving farting including... -- A California defense attorney who accused a county prosecutor of purposely passing gas during his closing arguments to distract the jury. -- A judge who ordered the replacement of a juror because his farts were so stinky, the other jurors refused to sit near him. -- A Canadian nurse who was once found guilty of professional misconduct after she broke wind in the presence of a patient's wife and then asked her if she "wanted more." -- And then there's the case of the Wisconsin man who was sued after his fart allegedly caused another person to trip over a snowplow blade. The jury found the plaintiff full of hot air.
