WITCHES EXPERIENCING CAULDRON SHORTAGE

LAUREL, Md. (Wireless Flash) -- A shortage of cauldrons is leaving many real-life witches on a waiting line for the large cast iron pots. The owner of one store that specializes in witchcraft and other ritual supplies says the cauldron shortage is the result of the fact that no one makes the big iron pots in North America anymore. According to "Sterling" of the Crystal Fox in Laurel, Maryland, most of the cauldrons in circulation today date from the turn of the century, which means many witches are scouring flea markets and garage sales in the hopes of finding a good cauldron. If they do find one, the pot can be worth anywhere from $300-500. There is hope on the cauldron-shortage horizon: Sterling says a few New England companies have started production of cauldrons for witches rituals, and some are trickling in from South Africa where pots are still made.
