CLOTHING DESIGNERS TAKING CUE FROM PADDINGTON BEAR

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) -- Clothing designers are taking a cue from children's books for their new fall fashions -- specifically "Paddington Bear." According to the National Association of Men's Sportswear Buyers, bulky "duffel coats" resembling the one worn by Paddington are one of the styles fashionable men will be wearing this fall. The experts say the coat will be especially popular in shades of orange and blue. Also on the runways for fall fashion is a full-length, segmented down coat that could make you look like the caterpillar from "Alice In Wonderland." However, not all fall fashions are straight from Romper Room. Some style-mongers will be wearing the so-called "morning after shirt" -- a rumpled, long-sleeved shirt which buttons up the front unevenly.
