HOBOS FEAR RAILROAD KILLER WILL RUIN THEIR REPUTATION

MINNEAPOLIS (Wireless Flash) -- Hobos are up in arms over the so- called "Railroad Killer," who is suspected of murdering at least 20 people near railroad tracks in the past 20 years. According to Todd Waters of the Hobo Council -- a loose coalition of American hobos -- many hobos are worried that the rampage of suspected serial killer Rafael Resendez-Ramirez is stereotyping all people who ride the rails as violent killers. Waters claims most hobos are peace-loving, upstanding citizens who hitch free train rides to avoid the monotonous 9-to- 5 grind. Many tramps are so outraged by the murder spree, that they're volunteering to help law enforcement officials in their pursuit of the Railroad Killer. Waters himself says he's already doing lookout work from a train crossing near Minneapolis.
