TREES POSED AS SOLUTION TO Y2K STRESS

AMHERST, N.H. (Wireless Flash) -- If you're feeling stressed out by the upcoming millennium bug, just plant a tree. The National Arborist Association claims studies show trees can lower blood pressure and have an soothing effect, so it's asking people to plant trees as a way to relieve stress from the dreaded Y2K computer glitch. Arborist spokesperson Sachin Mohan admits that looking at a tree won't help fix a crashed computer, but it can make you feel more calm and collected. The group says planting a tree before the Year 2000 will help future generations, because it will probably be standing when the year 2100 rolls around.
